Important information;
On installation day we need a full clear access into your garden through to where we will be building the pet enclosure. The area where the pet enclosure will be placed and the immediate area surrounding the pet enclosure needs to be completely clear too to give us space to work.
We will give you a time prior to installation that we will be attending on site.
If there is no clear access when we arrive with all the material's ready to start the job, we are within our rights to cancel the installation and will charge you a fee of £350.00 for our inconvenience which will need to be paid prior to us attending a new re arranged installation date.

Cancellation Policy;
You are within your rights to cancel your Pet enclosure at any time but unfortunately you will loose the entirety of the deposit taken. As we are a small business and your pet enclosures are all custom made and designed this covers our wasted time, and materials bought when you place you order with us.
Changes to your Pet enclosure design once a deposit has been taken are possible, but as we buy all our materials with the deposit at the time of booking there may be additional costs involved dependant on the changes made. Please be aware of this.
While we strive to adhere to your set time and date schedule, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
Thank you for your understanding.
Please be aware that we do not use untreated wood, the wood we use is exterior grade and has been pressure treated and or treated with Osmo stain or wood protection.
Our materials are sourced from all-natural products, which means you may notice naturally occurring marks,defects and dents in the wood. These imperfections add character and uniqueness to each piece, showcasing the beauty of nature in its raw form.
Enjoy the natural aesthetics and enjoy the distinctive charm that comes with every item.
We cannot change or replace any naturally occurring defect. Nor can we replace or be held responsible for any damaged materials caused by weather or pet / human damage.
As our pet enclosures are built for outside please take into consideration that over time the weather will change the appearance of certain materials used, shrinkage and expansion will occur due to warm and cold weather.
As wood is a natural product please note that surfaces may have natural marks, grains, and knots and these may change over time.

Woods are recyclable & biodegradable with huge environmental benefits. Timber is the most versatile material and can be reused and repurposed for various applications. By choosing wood, you're not only making a stylish choice for your home or project, but you're also making a positive impact on the planet.

Our metal mesh we use is
-
PVC-coated welded wire mesh panels ideal for the garden and construction
-
Made from strong 12-gauge (2.5mm thick) galvanised steel wire that has been coated with a black plastic
-
Plastic coating smooths any sharp edges of the metal, making these wire mesh panels more suitable for use around animals and children.
