Using this information, we’ll provide an approximate quotation to help you understand the scope and investment involved.
Step 2 – Complimentary On-Site Consultation
If you’re happy to move forward, we’ll arrange a complimentary consultation at your property.
This is where we begin shaping your bespoke catio design. We will:

Get to know you and your cats, including their behaviours and needs

Explore the proposed catio location

Discuss design ideas, layout options, and features

Take accurate measurements

Show samples of wood, mesh, stains, paints, and roofing options

Our aim is to develop a clear, considered vision that works beautifully for both your home and your cats.
Step 3 – Detailed Quotation
Following your consultation, we will provide a detailed quotation with technical drawing within approximately 7–10 days.
This will reflect the agreed design, materials, and overall specification for your bespoke outdoor cat enclosure.
Step 4 – Build Scheduling & Installation
Once you’re happy to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your build slot.
We will then schedule your installation date(s), and your bespoke catio will be handcrafted and installed by Dan personally, ensuring the highest level of care, precision, and finish.
Step 5 – Installation Process
During the build, we will require:

On-site parking where possible
We work respectfully within your space, maintaining a clean and focused approach throughout the project. Dan is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Once complete, the remaining balance is due on the day of completion.
We always enjoy seeing your cats explore their new outdoor space for the first time—and, with your permission, we love capturing these moments to share.
Step 6 – Ongoing Care & Bespoke Additions
To keep your catio in excellent condition, we offer ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
