Our Process

Initial Contact
Call Dan on 07957230257 or email dan@custompetenclosures.co.uk
We will need your Name, Postcode, Dimensions of planned Catio along with some photos of proposed Catio space. (We can talk through how to obtain your measurements.)
Please provide a contact number if you'd like an initial chat, we love to actually speak to you in person!
From your email / call with measurements and images, we can give you an approximate estimate of costs involved.
If you are happy and its within your budget, we can schedule a Complimentary Consultation on site to discuss your project further.

Quotation
After our on-site consultation, you can expect a quotation within around 7 days.
Once you give us the go-ahead, a 50% deposit will be required this will secure your Catio build date. The remaining balance is due on the day your catio is completed.

During the build
"During the build, we will need access to the space and a parking space onsite, rest assured, we value your privacy. Unlike some builders, we understand the importance of staying focused on the job at hand. Dan is trustworthy and honest, with numerous satisfied clients who can vouch for our commitment to excellence."
After the build has been completed we love to see the cats roam around discovering their new outside paradise and can capture this moment to share with you and our followers.

On site visit
We start by getting to know you and your beloved cats, understanding their unique personalities and any special requirements they may have.
Together, we’ll explore the catio location you have in mind, we will discuss all options along with design ideas.
Dan will take measurements.
You can look at samples of wood, mesh, protective stains and paints available and roofing material options.
Our aim is to ensure we have a clear vision for your catio project that suits both you and your furry friends!

Installation
Once your quotation is approved and we have taken your deposit we will schedule the build date(s).
Dan will be personally onsite to create your Custom Catio that will be designed specifically for you and your furry friends to enjoy together.

Maintenance and additional services
Keep your pet enclosure in top condition with our maintenance services. We offer repairs, and upgrades to ensure that your pet's space remains a pristine and inviting environment for years to come.
We also offer additional services where we make bespoke Cat trees, Perches, hideaways, platforms, scratching posts, ladders etc
We can also make bespoke planters in or around your new Catio and hang hanging baskets complimenting your garden, please ask us for more details.
